Recently, we're excited to announce a powerful new addition to the Giselle platform: the Web Page Node! This new node empowers your AI flows by allowing you to effortlessly fetch and integrate content directly from any web page.

As Giselle continues to evolve, our goal is to make it easier than ever to build sophisticated AI agents that can interact with the real world. The Web Page Node is a significant step in that direction, enabling your agents to access and process information from the vast expanse of the internet, transforming web data into inputs for your AI applications.

Key Capabilities of the Web Page Node

The Web Page Node is designed for simplicity and efficiency, providing a streamlined way to bring web-based information into your Giselle applications.

Why use the Web Page Node with Giselle?

Pairing the Web Page Node with Giselle's intuitive node-based interface unlocks new possibilities for your AI agents:

1. Data Sourcing

Your AI agents are no longer limited to static, pre-uploaded data. With the Web Page Node, they can access and process real-time information from the web, ensuring your outputs are always up-to-date and relevant.

2. Enhanced Context for AI

Provide your Large Language Models (LLMs) with rich, up-to-date context directly from web articles, research papers, or news sites. This leads to more accurate, detailed, and factually grounded responses from your Generator Nodes.

3. No-Code Simplicity

True to Giselle's philosophy, the Web Page Node is incredibly easy to use. Drag, drop, add URLs, and connect – you're ready to integrate web content into your sophisticated AI flows without writing a single line of code.

Get started now

Ready to integrate web content into your AI agents? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in — Use GitHub, Google, or email to access your Giselle workspace.
  2. Create or Open an Agent — Navigate to your Giselle Agents page and open an existing agent or create a new one.
  3. Add a Web Page Node — From the toolbar at the bottom of the canvas, drag and drop the Web Page Node (identifiable by its web icon) onto your workspace.
  4. Configure URLs — Select the Web Page Node to open its configuration panel. In the "URLs (one per line)" text area, enter the full web addresses you want to fetch, one per line, then click Add.
  5. Connect to a Generator Node — Drag the "Output" port of the Web Page Node and connect it to an input port (e.g., a context or document input) of a Generator Node.
  6. Write a prompt & run — Configure your Generator Node with a prompt that utilizes the web content (e.g., "Summarize the following article:"). Run your workflow to see the results!
